This is the worst seller that i never meet. After two months I finally received part of my goods. After two sending, two sending payments, 33 mails, two forgotten pieces in the final sending, two partial refunds and a my promise of a legal action, I finally concluded my report with this seller. Goodbye Lichtarena Beleuchtung, I hope I never meet you again.
In my case there was a shipment misunderstanding. Honestly the email communication could be much better, probably english-german language fault, as it was in english things went not as softly as they should. But once I phoned Horst everything was solved and the goods seem to be arriving soon. I already received most of the delivery and I must say that the product is 100% as shown with great technical features and indications to install them correctly. I will surely continue buying Lichtarena. Thanks Horst!
