Bought a Ramborator kit. Shipping time was good. However the kit was missing a lot of parts, so I emailed them. They are not responding to emails and also not on their online contact form. So now I have bought a useless kit from them! No costumer service at all. Edit: a couple of hours after posting this review, Natterer Modellbau replied to my email and shipped the missing parts.

Preislich und technisch okay. Nach der Beschreibung auf der Homepage war das Boot in in der Ausführung Mad Flow V2 und in gelb. Geliefert wurde es als Mad Flow V3 und mehrfarbig. Es gibt schlimmeres als Aussehen. Update 06.09.2020: die Kommunikation per Mail bis jetzt i.O.. Das Boot geht zur Reparatur erst einmal wieder zurück: Servo Kabel gelöst und Feuchtigkeit im Boot. Bis jetzt konnte ich leider nicht allzu oft fahren.

Der Versandt erfolgte nun bei 3 Bestellungen sofort.Wie gut eine Firma ist merkt man aber immer nur bei Problemen.Ich hatte nun einen defekten Steller.Über Telefon und Whatsapp das Problem erklärt und ,nach Rücksprache, zurück geschickt.Sofort am Tag des Paketeingangs wurde die gesamte Summe gut geschrieben.Top
