Leis-IT came to my house in Hemmingen on 10 March 2018. He stayed about 30 minutes and filled out paperwork to have my internet changed from NeckarCom to Unitymedia. Since that time I have had to do fill out paperwork myself 5 more times including the 5th time today 9 months later. I am being charged for 2 internet providers because they did NOT do what they said they would. Leis- It is unreachable via phone and will NOT return phone calls. I would do it alone or deal directly with your new provider. DO NOT waste your time with this company..
