We got robbed 3 times by this dealer. My husband bought an used car from them and we find fraud after fraud: 1. they had to replace the brake calipers according to Mazda recall campaign; they didn’t change anything to the car, they just falsified the service records and charged Mazda Motors Deutschland for the false repairs 2. they agreed to change all filters and oils on their expense before selling the car; they didn’t change any, they just falsified again the service records without making any replacement 3. now the tailgates dumpers are broken; they were also part of a Mazda recall campaign and we realized that again this dealer didn’t replaced them, they just falsified again the service records and they charged the producer for the never made repairs Initially they denied all frauds, after this they recognized them all. They hired a lawyer and they offered ridiculously low compensations to close the case. Now we are waiting for the police investigation and probably we will sue them. So our strong advise to all is to stay away from this dealer.

Beware of this company. I got scammed. I bought a used car from them. After few months, when I went with the car to some other garage, I found out that they didn't replace the brake calipers from Mazda 6 recall campaign and also they did't change any filter or oil, even if they agreed and confirmed this to me before buying the car. They introduced in Mazda digital service record all these operations as being done but none was actually made.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, habe dort letztes Jahr meinen Mazda3 gekauft. Rundum gute Beratung alles top. War jetzt zum Service da und auch dieses Mal war alles sehr gut. Leihwagen wurde mir natürlich auch angeboten. Diesen brauche ich aber nicht.

Möglicherweise im Punkt Auftragsbearbeitung wie auch andere Autohäuser, doch dieses sticht heraus mit bemerkenswerter Freundlichkeit, Schnelligkeit und teils auch kostenlosem Service. In dem Zusammenhang ein großes Danke an Herrn Kaballek, der sich kürzlich um meinen kleinen schwarzen \Schorch\ schnell und zuverlässig gekümmert hat.
