Location and service is good. We ordered one of the most expensive things on the menu, the wiener schnitzel (19). Which was pretty decent but was served with only a few pieces of bread and some lemon. Other dishes that were served looked a lot better so maybe me made a poor choice.
We enjoyed our breakfast there - very good coffee, and everything we ate was well done. Particularly enjoyed the Bavarian white sausage and pretzel.
Equally good for an early breakfast or a late night drink. Menu choices are not that outstanding but the ambience and service are great (they even have real candles on the tables!), making it all in all a great experience. There is an outdoor seating even at cold season.
It is our third time here in Le Bistro - Baden Baden. My boyfriend and I came here after our good experience last year. Yesterday we tried Pasta Wild Bolognese and Pork Steak with french fries, everything was perfectly made. Pasta was really taste and well cooked, and I can judge it because I’m Italian. We also tried the Danemark Coup of Icecream (it is not in the picture), and it was good. Today we tried for the first time the ‘German Pizza’ so called Flammkuchen. We had the small version, and one per person was more than enough. Service is fast and waiters are friendly, they can also easily speak English and some of them even French. I had a chance to read all the reviews from the previous customers, and I can say that are not true, based on my experience. Maybe just some ‘difficult’ clients. Prices are ok for Germany. Next year I will visit Le Bistro for sure!
