An interesting amalgamation of South American flavors. Strolling back home after a long walk to get to know Erlangen, I bumped into it almost serendipitously. I found the food a very interesting interpretation of traditional dishes from empanadas (pastries) to the mango-ceviche (always confused by the spelling :) with s or c ). Beautifully plated, it's a inspirational trip to an elevated Latino food heaven.
