Beautiful area to go kayaking (obviously, it’s a National Park) so we really enjoyed our kayak between Königstein and Pirna. However, the staff were very unhelpful. We were the first people in the morning and the guy literally forgot to give us a kayak. It was more “get some paddles over there”, “take a boat” and they didn’t even check we knew how to kayak or help us get in the water. Also, there’s no staff at the end point, you just leave the boat by the side of the road. The staff member never told us this so we waited around for half an hour before phoning to ask the head office. Very disorganised, quite overpriced but beautiful and relaxing once you’re on the river!

Kanu is providing boats, bicycles on rent.also you can find here many indoor and out door active sports like they have indoor climbing and if you want to go out side and want some amazing bicycle toor than you can rent it or you live boating than you can rent a boat according to your requirements. They have boats for 2 people and also for 10.staff on site are also helpful and if you are going to first-time for boating than you don't need to be worried bcause they will give you full instructions.

We made a reservation for mountainbikes to explore the area, but when we arrived there were only small sizes for children available, which were not in good shape. It did not seem to bother the owner at all. It was our last dat of the holiday, so it's a pity that we have tot end it this way.

We went boating from Königstein to Wilhen, a nice stretch. The employees weren’t really helpful, not in helping us get the gear (peddles are over there), not in helping us get to boat in the water (or even to the water). Also the return isn’t included in the price, you have to take the train (which does go every 30 minutes).
