We bought our Hymrrcar over here and we also used the service. It was a very difficult and long experience. Also, we are not native Germans. When we did not understand something in German and asked an employee if he could maybe explain it in English he answered in a rude manner 'if you come to Germany you should speak the language'. He was in general very rude with us and when he called us to collect the car it turned out that almost nothing was fixed. The owners apologised and said that they have a problem with him and suggested a new termin in 2 months. (we already waited a couple of months for this termin). Obviously the language barrier was not a problem when we were buying the car.

I've seen poor rev of this place but I don't see the reason. With us they have been very kind and helpful. They helped us getting a COC document, which is not a trivial task for some caravan, for free. We took there our caravan for some upgrades and a technical revision and they have been fast, not so expensive but most important, they have been very friendly and they gave us any sort of detailed explanation and suggestions.

Von Beratung (He. W.) bis zur Übergabe mit ein paar kleinen technischen Problemen (wurde fachmännisch vom Techniker erledigt) lief alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Insbesondere die 2,5 Std Übergabe war sehr ausführlich und hilfreich.

Hallo, schon zum wiederholten Mal ein Wohnmobil gekauft. Diesmal aus der Vermietflotte. Das Fahrzeug war zur Übergabe Fehlerfrei und super sauber Übergeben worden. Alle Mängel und Zusatzanbauten wurden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beseitigt bzw. ausgeführt. Der Verkauf (Herr W.) und die Technik arbeiten hier Hand in Hand. Man kann nur sagen weiter so.
