Do not buy anything from the Meißner Internet shop especially if you are from the foreign country!!! I bought two dvds: Bobtail I and Bobtail II and paid for the shipment to Croatia 14,30 . One dvd came visibly dirty, scratched, used and doesn't work properly. The other dvd was only in Spanish language, although the item description stated that it is also in English. I informed Mrs Martina Meißner about the defection. She told me to send back dvds and I will receive a full refund for them. I sent back dvds and paid additional 10 for shipment to Germany. After several days I got a serial of very rude e-mails from Mrs Ulli in which she said that the dvds are not defective, that my dvd player is bad and I have to go to my neighbors to watch them, that this is not a reclamation and if I want my same dvds back I have to pay an additional 14 for shipment to Croatia and they will send me dvds after the money was on their bank account. My lawyer wrote to Mrs Ulli and Mrs Martina Meißner an e-mail asking for peaceful solution of this problem by giving me back a full refund for dvds as it was promised otherwise we will report and sue them. They never answered to my lawyer but I got an e-mail from Mrs Martina Meißner that, as an act of their kindness, they will send me back the same dvds and they will pay for shipment. They didn't even mention that they would replace the defective dvds with the correct ones.The same defective dvds came back. I tried to watch them on several dvd players and computers around my neighborhood but I guarantee and I swear they are defective! My experience with Meißner is horrible, they lied to me, they were extremely rude, they ignored e-mails from me and my lawyer and for the last provocation they sent me an e-mail with the Easter greeting card!!!
