For sure the place is stacked with high quality Cigars and pipes/tobacco. However, it will never become my favourite place as I never feel welcomed as a person but only as paying client. Please leave money here and go. It lacks in my view the personal touch other shops have.

Sorry, but the store worked better under the old boss, Peter Heinrichs. The reordering of tobacco does not work, the employees make a lazy day.

Seriously impressive pipe and cigar selection. downstairs was pipes and upstairs two large walk in humidors, one for cubans and another for non cubans. staff was attentive and helpful with recommendations and picked up a stack of cigars for great prices. worth a visit if you like cigars and are in the city.
