I have to admit I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but from the moment I walked in it was great service. The reception was nice and the doctor was knowledgeable. He gave me the exact results I wanted. I have no complaints.

I had a consultation scheduled for this afternoon. I was met with three girls at the counter who quite rudely told me I wasn't allowed to have my sleeping baby in the office with me. Shouldn't they tell you that before you come to an appointment? Luckily, I had seen a friend before in coming so I handed off the baby and waited a further 45 minutes. When I told reception I had to go soon I was met with a shrug and a \Ja... Denn... Tschöö\. For all the great reviews here for the work they do, they should get a reception staff to match.

War heute zum ersten Mal da und ich wurde von Anfang an so toll aufgenommen und das Personal war so freundlich . Mich hat Christina Peiu behandelt und ich kann nur sagen das diese Frau eine so tolle Frau ist. Sie hat mich perfekt beraten und hat für mich nur das beste gewünscht. Ihre Arbeit ist so toll geworden. Ich bin so sehr zufrieden und habe mich so wohl gefühlt . Ich werde das aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen Ich bin so dankbar !!
Ich war heute in der Praxis M1 Beauty am Neumarkt in Köln und wie immer haben ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Nicht nur die Dame am Empfang war unglaublich höflich und zuckersüß, nein auch der behandelnde Arzt Herr Dr. Assif, hat mich sehr gut und ausführlich beraten. Selbst nach drei Jahren, gab es für mich heute noch einmal eine Steigerung an Service und Wohlfühlfaktor! Den o.g. Arzt kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Er ist sehr sympatisch und weiß genau was er praktiziert, wodurch man sich unglaublich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Zeit und bis bald meine Lieben!
