My experience with this company is fantastic. I had one week searching online for renting an apartment in Bonn, Home Company found me within an hour. A very big release for me. In the very first meeting with them I got the peace and security which is usually missed when you are looking for an apartment for a long stay. Headaches are gone away. After dealing with this company you are in safe hands. They are already thinking of your own until your last demand be fulfilled. Everyone of staff I met was very warm, patient and trustful. Arbeite mit der Homecompany nun seit 2018 zusammen. 3 Mietobjekte, von denen eines (großes Appartement 120qm) ein knappes Jahr leerstand. Was Marktbegleiter nicht schafften mache die Homecompany innerhalb kürzester Akquisezeit möglich. Die Mieter werden nach Kundenvorgabe handverlesen, so dass immer Wunschkandidaten vorstellig werden. Besonderes Lob an Frau Boecker: Sie akquiriert, managt die Kunden, schliesst Verträge ab und an Frau Tove für Ihre tollen Exposées. Die Homecompany kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sehr kommunikatives, freundliches und effizientes Unternehmen. Da ist der Kunde noch König!
