Not really sure about their customer service. A bit disappointing Firstly the car was not ready on said date Secondly when they said to puck it up and you show up the car was still kot ready and they started to do the final touches Thirdly the driving light didn't work on one side, as I work full-time I didn't manage to go straight back and went after a week They didn't even offer to fix it for free there went 32 Not sure about them anymore as in the past my grandad and dad had positive experience. But even they are disappointed hearing this. They might just lose so.e customers Or maybe we are not worth it as we didn't buy a brand new car. We got a second hand one since I just moved back to Germany and had so many expenses that a new car was not in store for me. But non the less should they care for all their customers

!!!!!!!!Wer sich verarschen lassen will, ist HIER genau richtig!!!!!!! Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne geben. Ich rate dringend von einem Kauf ab. Es war mein erster Autokauf und das wurde aufs Übelste ausgenutzt. Man sollte ein Fahrzeug genau anschauen oder vor Kauf selbst beim TÜV vorführen, auch wenn ein neues Gutachten mit bescheinigter Mängelfreiheit vorliegt … Auch sollte man vor Kauf vereinbaren, dass der vereinbarte und zu zahlende Kaufpreis auch so im Kaufvertrag aufgenommen wird (!)

Unmöglich. Wenn man anrufen möchte und die Rezeption abnimmt wird einem versprochen ein Mitarbeiter wird sich melden. Es passiert nichts. Ich habe den ganzen tag gewartet und habe 3 mal angerufen. Man sagte mir er sei schon am telefonieren. Inspektionen kann man dort auch nicht machen lassen. Sehr hohe Wartezeit. 7 Stunden haben die für mein Auto gebraucht. Dann überteuert. Kostenvoranschlag war 60% weniger als ich unterschrieben habe hieß es auf einmal mehr als die Hälfte mehr! Das letzte Mal da gewesen.....

Citroen Jumper mit \Gelber Motorwarnleuchte\ Hier wollte man kurzfristig nicht helfen, geschweige denn den möglichen Fehler auszulesen. Also kein Service !! 00 Sterne , einer ist zuviel.
