Good quality but horrible, horrible customer service. Ordered 3 weeks ago and nothing! Not even a mail that there are delays due to unavailability of some products. If you call...nothing, if you send an email you always get the same response (oh so sorry, something must not have worked right but it will be shipped now....and then...well you guessed it..Nothing!) Well, if you don't have the stuff then don't showcase it online as available, how about that? I get that the target audience are Millenials and that the cool and hipster way of writing emails must hit home for some. But back your good quality up with some good old fashioned customer service.

I have been purchasing online for few months and very satisficed with quality of goods and services provided. Shipment quick and well packaged. Goods are tasty and arrive as described. Recommended.
i have ordered here before, but never again. i never recied 2 of my 3 orders that THEY split up. i had ordered on order but i have never recieved my coconut water or 5kg medjool dates. disapointing
quick delivery, just two days. I think the trouble people had before was due to Corona times, alles weider in Ordnung!
Bad Custom Service! I cannot even write a review about their products because they don't arrive. I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks now and don't receive any reply on my emails I sent, nor they pick up phone calls. Bad custom service. I would rather get it anywhere else. Order Number: 289449
