I love this place. I bought almost all my instruments from there. Friendly, competent and relaxed personnel. You can take all the time you need to try and discuss details. They speak fluent English, provide VAT refund for Switzerland and even deliver to CH including customs paperwork and VAT-free. They also have their own classical guitar brand and you can meet the luthier for a chat about his art and his creations. Their website does not reflect the diversity of their offering. So pay them a visit!

The store has a broad range of instruments and equipment, so every musician should find something there. As usual with stores like this, the assortment doesn't go very deep, so more specialized equipment is not to be found. However, right next to it there is a small building that appears to be specialized for pianos. There is also another music store right next to Musik-Ebert, the \profishop\, which holds electric guitars, basses, percussion instruments and drums. Went there a few times and always had a great service but one time the employee was kinda awkward, to put it best? I asked about cutaway guitars and it seemed as he talked down to me, seeing me as not worthy to buy a guitar there and didn't even answer my question. Afterwards, I went to another employee who was much more friendly and answered that question and any follow-ups I had.
Ich habe mich telefonisch beraten lassen (wollte zuerst das Yamaha YDP144, das deutschlandweit ausverkauft ist) und habe dann letztlich das letzte Digitalpiano in weiss Yamaha S54 dort bestellt und eine Woche später wurde es nach München geliefert (obwohl ich mit längerer Lieferzeit gerechnet habe!). Sowohl am Telefon als auch per Mail sehr nett, sehr schnell. Aufbau problemlos. An dieser Stelle nochmal Danke für das schöne Klavier.
