Sadly I was really disappointed. I went in to buy a swimming suit and after trying on several ones the woman helping me told me that the last one looked really good on me. I trusted her even though it was a bit dark in there and my eyesight isn't the best. Wenn I got home and tried it on again in a really in a good light I realised it didn't fit at all. I went back and they refused to help me. They told me they don't take swimwear back. I pointed out that they have a sign on the counter that said that I had 14 days to return any item and it didn't say anything about that it didn't include swimwear. I told them I was happy to change it for another item or a gift card. But no, they refused to take back the swimsuit back even though I explained to them that I only bought the swimsuit just because I saw the sign clearly saying that I could return any item and that I trusted the person helping me that said it looked good on me. No, they were not responsible and they refused to help me. I went away feeling humiliated and exploited. Just because I trusted the people working there and I don't speak german that good they took advantage of me just to make a quick sale.
