On February 6th, 2019 8pm, we were staying in Hotel City, Krone, Schanzstraße 7, 88045 Friedrichshafen, Germany After reaching the location after a long and exhausting drive. We we're trying to find the hotel entrance. However, it was late and dark, so we decided to park on the street right behind a hotel maintenance SUV ( see pic above) Not long after we parked, a man and woman were yelling at us in German. We don't understand German, therefore we politely asked them in English to see what is the issue. The woman responded with English, indicating that we aren't allowed to stop here while the man was yelling at us in German for a full minute. We told them we are trying to find the hotel parking but instead of helping, they just keep on yelling and telling us to get out. Alas, we have found the hotel parking and inquired the staff if we have the right to park on the street as the parking lot isn't available. They indicated we have the full right to park at that location and elevator maintenance staffs have no right to be rude to their customers and tourists. I understand it is not entire company' issue and it can be a problem of certain individuals. However, if the staffs are wearing the uniform baring the company's name, I sincerely hope they can live up the expectations the company has given them and not to tarnish the company's good name. I hope None GmBh can improve on this aspect of their company and give our fellow tourist better and more satisfactiory services.
