Avoid this place like the plague, the owner is a grumpy old detestable man leeching you off your hard earned money wherever he can and pleases. During repair my flat rear inner tube from Schwalbe was replaced with a cheap Chinese inner tube and my outer tire had a sizeable ripper I had never seen before. So am I supposed to make pictures before I give my bike to repair? With this guy definitely yes. Also I recently wanted to borrow a tool for two minutes and had called before whether it was alright, Thomas (shop assistant) said no probs. But when I came and the owner attended, I was denied the tool, should pay five euros for him to make one action and pickup bike later that day. Wonder whether he is thinking about taking a euro for entering his shop lol. Still wondering this shop has business, from now on I will take my bike into bus and go to another place.

Sehr unfreundlicher Mensch. Heute habe ich extra angerufen und das Problem meines Fahrrads am Telefon geschildert. Er habe mir gesagt, ich soll hingehen. Sofort hieß es, dass ich komplettes Laufrad tauschen lassen muss anstatt reparieren!!! Das kann ich selber zu Hause auch machen. Ich gehe nie wieder hin!
