This is a story of a dinner gone wrong being saved by great customer service. Tonight my wife and I ordered KFC from Lieferando and had quite an inconvenience: We waited for like an hour to get our dinner delivered and we received anything but what we has ordered, we decided to eat it anyways since we were quite hungry and send our feedback afterwards, so we start eating and quite quickly we realize the chicken is very bad. We called immediately KFC customer service and a very nice worker took our complaints and heard our explanation, spoke to Lieferando and in no time he called us back saying we'd get our order again and he'd personally make sure it was perfect. He did as he said he would and even added some complimentary cookies, and the chicken was really great! This guy is the MVP! Pictures from before and after attached.

The chicken was quite salty, I'm definitely sure it wasn't my taste palette..
Not that fast... Had to wait 15 min outside. If it is a fast food, you expect it to be fast.

My favorite fried chicken in berlin. The staff are so friendly and they can speak english. The chicken is really yummy and fresh warm, and the place is always crowded. It's a good place for group because a lot of chicken in the bucket. I really like the original bucket (not spicy) and the salad is so delicious. But sometime it's so annoying because of the crowded and family place (it's cheap for a big group).
Best fried chicken I've had. But don't listen to me, go try for yourself.
Very crowded and extremely warm inside. I reccommend sitting outside if possible. The order process was good, the staff could speak English and the chicken was great.
