Absolutely brilliant shop. Very nice and friendly owner . Rented us top quality bikes, for next to nothing and didn't mind that we were a day late to return them. Excellent bikes available here.

Extremely nice shop with a very helpful owner who gave lots of good advice and was very flexible in terms of our rental of five bikes. Definitely a place to come back to when revisiting Scwarzwald.
We arrived with no notice wanting to rent 4 bikes (including for kids), and received a fantastic service, including 4 really good bikes, all the trimmings (locks, map and helmets) at a very reasonable price. The bikes really made our holiday. We were really surprised to see how few bike shops offer a rental service so were losing hope until we chanced on this gem of a shop right next to the rail station. We couldn't recommend Karo-Rad more highly. The service we received was excellent and the shop was full of really tempting bike accessories!

Hat mir während meines Klinikaufenthalts hier oben mein E-Bike super schnell und günstig wieder fit gemacht. Es gab während der Reparatur sogar ein kostenloses Leih-Fahrrad. Würde jedem Ortenauer mit Fahrrad-Problemen dringend raten zu Karo-Rad zu gehen! 10/5 Sternen!
Freundlich, kreativ, witzig und perfekt. Im Nu war eine "Hundesänfte" gebaut und Rosa schwelgte im Bike-Glück.
Super Service. Sehr freundlich und kompetent in allen Fragen rund ums Bike. Sofortige Hilfe bei einer Fahrradpanne trotz hoher Auslastung in der Werkstatt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
