Used to be a really good company with a good moral and working conditions - became too big all of a sudden and was then kinda highjacked by a bunch of bachelor ppl with rather limited working and higher administration skills this led to field Incompetence, arrogance and lost focus on things that matter like motivation, team-work etc. I could single some of those ppl who are at least in my opinion ( das seehhn nur Sie soooo) responsible for the downfall the high fluctuation rate of skilled employees and the appointing of even more administrative bachelor type ppl. My wish for the company that they recover from this mess left by certain individuals as I can remember the good times but honestly I can't see a bright future unless the board goes for a cull high up in their ranks
