Wir sind durch eine Empfehlung im Buch „Die schönsten Schlossrestaurants“ von Dorothée Baganz auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden und haben eine kleine Reise zum Schlosshotel unternommen, inkl. Abendessen im Kaminrestaurant. Der Service war warmherzig und aufmerksam und das Essen sehr lecker. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend bei offenem Feuer und leckerem Essen.

leider liebt der Koch scheinbar zu sehr frittierte Elemente der Gruß aus der Küche mit frittierten Pilz oder die frittierten Schwarzwurzeln nein das geht nicht den „Tatar“ hätten wir auch lieber weglassen sollen solch eine Fischpaste als Tatar anzubieten sorry nicht unsere Geschmack, das Personal im Restaurant und im Bistro war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!!!
