Incredible food without any flaws and that is no joke. It’s been some time that I have gotten fresh food made to order within minutes time. All the ingredients are Laid out in front of you and just tastes so fresh. I’ll gladly go back and try some other variants! 5/5 Stars easily. Very Tasty!!!

Came here on Friday night where it wasn't too busy. This place is a fast casual restaurant so you can grab and go or sit down once you've ordered. The staff and quick and friendly and the dishes were reasonably priced. There's two options here for their bowls, you can order off their premade bowls or customize and make your own. I ordered the Traditional Ahi and Mauna Kea which I found both to be a little lack luster. The rice was lumpy and underseasoned, the fish in the Mauna Kea was not firm nor spicy as it claimed to be "spicy salmon". The Mauna Kea comes with pickled ginger which the guy was extremely heavy handed with and gave me about 1/4 of a bowl's worth. The mango salsa that came with the Traditional Ahi dish did not have enough acidity and just tasted off. And it did not balance with the other ingredients in the bowl. Also,.for a "traditional" bowl, spinach found its way into the bowl as garnish. That was very odd. Overall, I found the food to be quite disappointing and they don't offer any of the great beers from there like Kona brewery when you can get it from other places in the city.
