Fantastic setup, very welcoming staff. Visiting Cologne for Gamescom, researched online for gyms in the area, this one stood out from the rest. Has all Olympic equipment you need for a top workout. Training programs for beginners right the way up, great community vibe in this gym. After you workout must get protein smoothie they make on the spot delicious.

This is place for people who want to train seriously and not just working out. Classes are offered to learn the fundamentals and even more. As a not very good German speaker this is not a problem for me here. The staff is great and helpful

Ich bin total begeistert von Kader1 ! Leider konnte die Challenge zu der ich mich letztes Jahr angemeldet habe coronabedingt nicht stattfinden. Kader1 hat mir dann einen Zugang für ihre Online-Kurse zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich fand es einfach toll, dass Kader1 dies getan hat, obwohl sie das nicht hätten tun müssen. Super zuvorkommend und ein toller Service! Die Qualität der Kurse ist sehr hoch! Die verschiedenen Trainer lassen sich immer etwas Neues einfallen und sind sehr motivierend! Mit Abstand das beste Studio in Köln!!! Danke!
