Didnt purchase anything online but bought it directly in the store. The Sales Team was really fun and we figured out a good price. I informed myself about which material and quality my bed should have. The usual order process until delivery takes 8-10 Wks, but thats everywhere the same.
It was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I have ordered and paid a sofa in December 2018. March 2019: After severals emails, back and forward, and telephone calls taken my messages and promised to get back to me with an an answer, which never happened. I reached the person who initially sold me the sofa and told me that the customer area could not find in their sistem the payment and that was the reason why he could not provide me with a delivery date. This sound to me very unprofessional, being that I have sent the proof of payment twice by email. Afterwards this person told me that the Sofa has been already shipped to Hermes and has expressed very lightly that this was not his problem any longer. April 2019: Sofa has been damaged during the delivery and the company asked me if I would take the Sofa anyway, that the will send somebody to repear it in my hause. I refused to do it and I asked my moeny back. Juny 2019: After more than 20 calls and emails the company transfered me the money back. Of course, I finally bought a sofa for another supplier.

Kurzfristig einen Termin gemacht, schickes Ausstellungssofa gefunden und den Kaufvertrag geschlossen. Kompetente Beratung bei Kabs Wandsbek über Herrn Kevin Berner. Einen Stern Abzug, da die Lieferung (organisiert über die Kabs-Zentrale und dem gesonderten Möbeltaxi-Unternehmen) nicht ganz glatt lief, aber am Ende doch pragmatisch umgesetzt wurde. Sofa steht nun im Wohnzimmer !
