A beautiful place where one can have some quality time with nature. Though it may be small, it is quite good. The place has an interesting history and a huge sum was spent for its renovation. For me this place was a good relaxing spot.

Love the atmosphere here, simply a good place to just lower the daily tension
The Cabinet Garden (Kabinettsgarten) is a neat place to find on the east side of Residenz. In short, through a small opening next to the Allerheiligen-Hofkirche and near to the Crown Prince Rupprecht Fountain ( Kronprinz-Rupprecht-Brunnen) you will find a small, enclosed garden that was built in the early 19th century but only opened to the public around 15 years ago. Here you will find a few park benches, two aisles of grass and a handful of trees providing shade. In the middle of the garden there is a fountain and twin rectangular-shaped pools and nice rose bushes, which were in bloom during our June visit. Overall, we found Kabinettsgarten to be a neat little find while exploring the Residenz grounds. It is a place we'd like to visit again during future trips to Munich.
