As a non-German speaker, Michael from K&M helped me greatly in understanding the problem with my computer. He did a step-by-step troubleshoot with me and fixed a problem with my PC not booting after I had struggled with it for 12 hours. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need help with a problem with your PC or simply want someone to put parts together for you, this is the place to go. This store also has a wide selection of parts for any PC enthusiast. I’d come here before buying or ordering from anywhere else. They also have great pre-built PCs if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall, it was very easy to give them a 5-star rating. Their customer service is impeccable.
