Ordered my products Nov 18th - shipping time should have been 7 days. 10 days later, no updates, so checked what are their turnaround times - advised due to high volume of orders, need to wait for additional 6-8 days. Sure. December 7th - no updates. Contacted customer support via Facebook because they don't reply to emails (waited for 10 days). They advised they will be shipped in a few days and I will have it before Christmas. a week passes - still nothing. Contacted them again, now some things are out of stock so my order cannot be shipped (note that I needed to contact them to see what's the status, no one contacted me). Changed the products they didn't have - a week later, they still don't know how long it takes and I should just take a refund. Order when you can wait for MONTHS.

Geschmacklich und qualitativ gute Gewürze. Für jeden etwas dabei. Die sind farblich unterschiedlich mit immer einer eigenen Geschichte. Tolles Konzept. Von der Bestellung über Bezahlung bis zur Lieferung keinerlei Probleme. Für uns jedenfalls toll und sehr empfehlenswert!
super Gewürze. Sehr gute Qualität. Tolle Online Page, da alles sehr gut aufgeteilt ist. Und wenn man sich als Kunde anmeldet, hat man nur Vorteile. Ich habe schon oft bestellt und empfehle es jedem weiter.
Ich finde die Gewürzmischungen fantastisch. Sie geben jedem Gericht eine ganz spezielle Note. Großes Lob an die, die diese Gewürze zusammenstellen. Und online kann man zu jedem Gewürz die entsprechenden Gerichte zum nach kochen finden. Ganz fantastisch!
