I visited here in late January with 3 friends, we did not book and just turned up on a Saturday evening hoping for a table. We were welcomed in and sat down with in 5 minutes. The restaurant was almost full which is always a good sign. The staff were very attentive and accommodating (considering I speak no German or Japanese). The menu is easy to understand and pricing is good considering the fact that dinner is the entertainment. We ordered drinks from the varied drinks menu and food from the great food menu. Our food started to arrive quickly, the sushi was beautiful and the salmon was the best I've ever had, cooked perfectly right in front of me. The chef will cook any vegetarian food first as well. I had the \Complete\ menu which was all beautifully cooked, filling and the time between each course was just right. All in all eating here was a great experience and I'd happily fly over from the UK again just for their beautiful food. Just be prepared to spend a good 2 hours here as it takes more time to cook everything fresh in front of you.
