Es wird nur an Profit gedacht. Sehr hohe Fluktuationsrate. Habe noch nie zuvor in einem Unternehmen so viele Menschen kommen und gehen sehen. Der Mitarbeiter gilt nur als „menschliche Resource“ der einen Mehrwert erzielen soll. Sozial geht anders. Finger weg von dieser Firma.
