great communication, easy to organize, vast choice of items at very competitive prices. This is my go to place in Hamburg when I have to rent some equipment. If you need something that is not listed on their rental list, make sure you call, because they may arrange it for you, or offer a valid alternative!

Rundherum lief alles ideal: Angefangen mit der sofortigen Reservierungsbestätigung per Mail, über eine kurzfristige Erweiterung der Bestellung bis hin zur vollständigen Abholung: Alles TOP und sehr zuverlässig! Durch extreme Wetterverhältnisse konnte ich leider den Rückgabetermin nicht einhalten. Auch das war kein Problem und wurde freundlich und professionell geregelt. Besser gehts nicht! Ich leihe ab jetzt nur noch hier. :-)
