As a newcomer to Berlin from the UK, I'd previously had very limited success in even gaining viewings for apartments. Max and his father tailored their services to provide me with the most effective help in all areas of searching, arranging viewings, selecting, applying and finally moving into an apartment. This included the bureaucratic nightmare of successfully presenting my (mostly non-German) documents to the property owners. The service was always excellent - friendly while professional, and it really felt like they went the extra mile to ensure a happy outcome. Although obviously there is a cost to bear in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in my situation. Thanks again!

After many months of searching for a tenant for our Berlin apartment, we weren't having much luck. Frustrated with the lack of attention and care provided by our agent - and the fact that they couldn't find a tenant for six months, we decided to cancel our contract with them and look for another agent. Thank goodness we found Max and Bernd! Not only were they patient and professional, they also provided excellent customer service and were quick to answer any questions we had. No job was too hard for them - they always found a solution for everything and they found a happy and reliable tenant for us in a short amount of time. We would highly recommend these guys to any landlord, new or experienced, looking for tenants. My only regret is that we didn't find them sooner!

I rarely write reviews but Max really deserves one. Excellent service, great attention to detail, extremely efficient and all provided with a friendly attitude. Max found the best apartment in the best location (and in budget). We could not ask for more. His ability to speak English made the whole process very easy for us and he was very kind to give us extra help when we needed it.
