Very unpleasant experience. We ordered ice cream in the corn and they did not allowed us to sit down at the table. When we complained they explained you can sit down only when you buy ice cream in the cup or a glass. It was already 8:30pm, the patio was almost empty with many free tables, but still they did not allowed us to sit down. They even started physically pushing us out of the patio area. It was unbelievable scene. I never had such experience in my life. At the end we went to the ice cream place across the street where we were treated as real customers. There are many ice cream places in Nurnberg. Avoid this one.
There are dozens of gelato places in this neighborhood. As we were walking around, we picked this one because they had a ton of seating outside. However, once we bought our gelato, we weren't permitted to sit, even though there were only people at two of the tables - apparently the gelato customers can only take-away. What a disappointment as we juggled our bags while trying to eat our gelato before it melted all over us :-( It would have been nice to sit for ten minutes to enjoy it.

Very rude, paid for a pair of gelato 2 scoop cups and then sat down at their table, some lady that works there said we had to leave.... I mean no one was standing around looking for a place to sit down..just plain rude I will never visit that place again.. there are plenty of other gelato places to go...never again!
