From my very first visit to the shop I have found the service to be excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who have always greeted me with a smile and have been most understanding of my very limited German language skills. I have probably not been their easiest customer, but they have always listened and suggested various solutions to my problems and requests. A very professional outfit that I would highly recommend.
