MY FIRST AND LAST TIME IN THIS HOTEL COMPANY.
I have been there for 2 day (05/08 and 06/08), I paid to receive the business room, the second most expensive in their website and when I get to my room (room 333) in the 3th floor I thought that I was in the wrong room because it was so tiny, cheap and with such horrible view that I couldn't believe.
1st problem: no towels and no coffee, I had to call the reception.
2nd problem: the vault was with problem, I had to call again and they came to fix it and in this moment I even asked what was that kind of room, and if it was business room.
3th problem: They said that I could have access to the Executive Lounge in the second floor, but when I tried to visit it, it was never open.
4th problem: Hair dryer warms up and it turns off after few minutes, so if you have a long hair, don't even try to use this horror.
5th problem: No prices of the mini bar available in the room and yet, they will charge you in the checkout, very different from many others hotels.
6th problem: In the reception, it was said to me that the breakfast ends up at 11h30 during Mondays. It was Monday, 10h and they didn't have anymore croissants and many kinds of bread. They stopped refilling the basket and plates and drinks.
7th problem: Thursday 03/09, I called them before making the reservation, and I asked if the spa and wellness was open and if it was necessary the additional payment for its usage and they *LIED*, they said that this was already included in the price of the reservation, but when I went to pay it a visit, only the sauna was for free and everything else needed to be paid, by the way, high prices.
I paid 280,53 for lies, for a little tiny room with horrible hairdryer, horrible water pressure, horrible view, no complete breakfast and they call it: Business Room. I cannot imagine how much more horrible a cheaper room could be.
