Hotel is just off the Marktplatz/ Market Square. They have two building and we had a room in the "Viktoriahaus" which is just across the street. We had lunch in the "Beergarden" and was outstanding. We think it is the best place to be, especially on sunny days. Is one of the only places in the whole walled city that has such large old tress. You can see the trees just right of the Church in the aerial pictures.

A quaint central hotel in a beautiful unspoilt town! Clean helpful and friendly! Lovely tasty breakfast and extremely good restaurant for dinner. Our room was large but in their annex just around the corner! Would suggest staying in the main hotel if possible!
Excellent location at the heart of the town. Friendly staff, cozy rooms, excellent service. Didn’t try the restaurant besides breakfast which is pretty good. Strongly recommend.
We only had food here but it was excellent. The best goulash I’ve had (and I have had many...) would highly recommend trying the specials here.
This place is a gem! We were hot and weary from a day of canoeing and this restaurant was not only open, but inviting. Our server was entertaining and so thoughtful of the children. They were served first and brought ice cream for desert. Our meals were tasty and above par. Lovely shaded beer garten. Highly recommend.
A very beautiful hotel situated in the heart of the medieval city. The rooms are tidy and clean . The staff extremely helpful and nicely hospitable . And the restaurant located on the ground floor offers a tasty variety of franconian food at a higher price than average.
We have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. Outstanding! Great breakfast in the morning. Clean rooms. Super hospitality.
A perfect hotel to stay in the middle of town. Very comfortable rooms, clean and friendly staff. The restaurant is also very good.
