My mom and six year old brother came to Germany to visit me from the US . Since my mother loves making crafts I took her to this store cause I thought it’d be nice. Anyhow my brother simply grabbed a miniature toy to see it and put it back in the box and all I heard was the lady at the cashier shouting to him “but don’t be putting the toys in your pockets” she instantly assumed he stole the toys . It was a very awkward situation because I was forced to check his pockets and I already knew he didn’t have anything because HE doesn’t steal things and he knows what’s right and wrong.. the lady didn’t apologize for being wrong. We are originally South Americans and I’m tired of people simply assuming we come in to steal just because we are foreigners. It’s embarrassing and just an unpleasant feeling to be around at. Not going there again or recommending this store to anyone after this incident.

Dieser Laden ist einzigartig! Hier bekommt man wirklich alles! Tolles Sortiment und auch sehr schöne Geschenkartikel. Die Mitarbeiter beraten geduldig und sind dabei immer gut gelaunt. Hier kauft man wirklich gern ein.
Gutes Sortiment seine Bastelitis zu kurieren.
Tolles Geschäft mit viel Auswahl und tollen Ideen. Sie sind auch sehr sorgfältig mit den Corona-Auflagen, manchmal steht man Schlange aber es kommt jemand raus um zu fragen was man möchte. Wenn sie es dann nicht haben, steht man nicht umsonst an.
Ein schöner Laden! Tolle Auswahl und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Plus: Habe mich gut beraten gefühlt!
