publicly claimed that for the allergy shots if one comes before 17:00 it would be fine. I came in 16:55, saw a doctor sitting in a room by himself with an open door. Went to the receptionist. She first told me I was too late. After I pointed out it was still before 5 pm and I always came around this time, she told me no doctor was there. I guess that one doctor I saw must be a ghost. By explaining the situation, she said the doctors had to prepare an operation so that they are not available already after 4 pm. so I guess they probably got paid more by operation rather than allergy shots...totally wasted the commuting time of almost an hour because they are not interested in keeping their promises.
