The cycle shop is amazing, puts British shops to shame. I've been so impressed with the cycle shops here. It had a massive range of bikes and equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I couldn't praise the shop enough. I feel so dissatisfied with UK's half baked attempts at providing cyclists with the goods. You won't be disappointed.
Huge choice of bikes and biking gear. There is something for everybody in this amazing shop!
I spent time studying in Freiburg and they were incredibly helpful in assisting me find a great bike and everything I needed while I was here! My German is fine but they have plenty of staff members who can assist in English as well. Highly recommend for anyone from commuters to racers.
In the Workshop they are Very efficient.. I had a very strange Problem with my shifter, a small piece inside of it got broken.. They were very fast and efficient to Repair it. Customer Service is very good.. Sometimes a bit annoying with the attention.
