Support call for a defective hard disk. 15 minutes later the answer to my ticket that it has been replaced. Checked: yes and the array is rebuilding. Thank you! For my rather small cheap grandfathered product amazing service.

Absolutely terrible company My account was deleted 5mins after connecting my creditcard and validating my passport. Called support and had the most horrible rude support rep on the phone you can imagine. My advise; look elsewhere, this company shouldn’t exist anymore if they treat (new) customers this way!

a hacker got access to my client robot backend panel we call in to the support and max 3 mins after the take the server offline so no harm can be done, the have super respons time for thinks there matter and the do what the can to help i have to say it whats after working hours so it whats limit what the can do but the have done more then i can have ask for . i only have good thinks to say about hetzner

Good Stuff

The servers go down and they say not their problem. They have really bad service and down time is really high. They cannot even keep thier own site online. They do bill promoptly so taking your money seems to be thier main strong point.

huge down time about 30% of the time anything hosted with them will be down and they have no support to speak of. cheap is the only thing they off but really is expensive for what you get.
