When you call during the day, you wnt get an answer. They were off service for days
My first time buying in a duty free shop and I was shocked by the attitude of the cashier. I wasn't aware that I needed my boarding pass ready to make a purchase which was my own fault I'll admit but it took me a few seconds to open it on my phone. When I said I needed to open up my boarding pass on my phone the cashier sighed and threw her arms up and very rudely said "That's great!" There was nobody behind me in the line so I was disgusted by her attitude and I wanted to walk away. The prices in the shop were great but this woman made me feel dumb with her attitude towards me.
Not so good deals. Even in states are better
Good quality and cheap prices but rude staff when asking for some kind of assistance. Very unsatisfied by the service provided by this shop.
