Nice station with trains going towards Stuttgart and Frankfurt

Clear signals. Semi air conditioned but a comfy place. You can eat sth and there is a magazine shop to but drinks as well as a toilette. 2 ATMs and close to a burger king
The handicap restroom was not available on Sundays. No matter how you pushed the button, no employee came out. The staff toilet could not be opened. The train station staff said there was no key. I didn't understand why I didn't manage the bathroom properly. How should I use a disabled person from a foreign country? I was really terrible.
There’s a staff (Lady) with short hair and glasses was Very rude and unprofessional .I’ve been traveling in Europe for few years and I had the most unwelcome experience in here. The train has vanish for no reason and we couldn’t find an other train at that moment, so we went to the information centre to ask if we can take an other train or get some more information, we queued for 10 mins, ask this staff politely and she didn’t say anything but NO ENGLISH ,NEXT! with a long face. I’ve never been treated this way before, how can someone work at a train station doesn’t know how to speak English and refuse to give costumers any help. This person is not educated enough.please totally send Her back to school to learn some English and manners.
Can be kinda confusing but overall I think it is in a great location
