I want to express how glad I am to have had my first Reiki session ever with Gabriela. In a random conversation last week, I decided to do a "virtual" session, once I live in the U.S. Honestly, I was kind of skeptical. As much as I believe in energy, my mind was overwhelmed. I thought I would not be able to have a good experience, but I was definitely wrong. I could feel physical sensations and, at the end of the session, her words went straight to my heart! I did not say a word about what is going on in my life, but her interpretation was perfect. I cried listening to her insights, and I felt so relieved! Gabriela is sensible, talented, and sweet. I highly recommend her practice and lovely approach!

My Reiki session with Heal & Be Free was eye opening. I was able to access a new state and completely calm my mind. Better than meditation. I felt no stress even days after. The debriefing session was extremely valuable too because Gabi gave me a list of personal tips for what to do resources to read and watch, so I can continue on my own. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to feel better, work on blocks, or reduce stress.

Best sessions I have ever had! Gabi is a sweetheart and makes you feel extremely comfortable and explains all the details if you are entering the holistic world like me. I have had in Person and Online sessions (both Reiki and ThetaHealing) with her and it has helped me extremely with my image of myself, getting to work on my food addiction and discovering and working on past traumas that prevent me from moving forward. I would recommend her any time a hundred times!
The experience of doing reiki with Gabriela is impressive and almost unbelievable. Especially for a skeptical person like me. The sensations are unquestionable as well as the the lightness in which her puts us to!
My thetahealing session was so amazing. I was facing a really hard day, dealing with a lot of realizations and childhood traumas and it felt sooo relieving afterwards, like Gabi had removed a really heavy weight I was caring. I am convinced that everybody should do the work and try a session. It is definitely an eye opening experience. Gabi is a really committed and loving professional in the field.
