Was nervous after various unfriendly Amt appointments in Germany and reading some of the reviews here but I had a wonderful experience with my first appointment at this practice. The whole team was calm, compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor really took the time to discuss my health with me properly. So much better than any GP I have had in the UK. Thanks!

Very poor service now across a range of doctors there. Remarkably, a lot of doctors have come and gone in the past few years, notably the good doctors! The new, less experienced ones have made serious mistakes e.g. underperscribing for Lymes disease. You have to wait 45 minutes in the cold before opening time to avoid a 2-3 hour wait and then experience poor quality care. Don't be fooled by the Buddhas!

I now try to call in more then a week to get my blood test results as the doctor left a voice message telling I should call in to hear about it. I even went there however they just closed. The younger darker skinned girl who opened the door was very unprofessional, with one hand at the door asking rudely what I want. When I told her I have been trying to call in for more than 3 days she told me it is difficult currently, without any specific reason. This means they just let the telephone ring without picking it up. The doctor I like, but the front desk personal should be replaced or trained better.
