Absolutely gorgeous place to ski! With such beautiful mountain range with lovely members of staffs! I have skied in many different ranges across the globe, and the Hausbergbahn Bergstation Garmisch-Classic is one of the place I would recommend for any level of skiers. Friendly staffs, and great place for a pint to warm yourself up! When I was there, they had natural snow that it was a lot more fun and refreshing to ski on actual snow in a while!

Open when everything else is closed! Lovely views from the top, safe cable cars and a good price for the adventure. Would recommend it to anyone travelling here. Plenty of parking is available.

We were there in the spring and it was great. We bought a combo ticket since it is only 10 more to go up a second time. The second day we did the Garmisch Classic which is more for hiking than the Zugspitz which is mainly just to get a great view from high up (which was also great). Many of the trails were closed so if you are going for large hikes or want to go to the top be sure to check what is open but for us it was fine. The views are great and the trails are really well maintained. A great way to pass the day here.
