When to pick up my bike at the time agreed and was not ready. No call or anything to let me know. Asked for the manual they promised when I bought the bike, and was never delivered and they tell me they can order it for me but paying the full price of course. Very good when you go there to buy a bike, but the experience after, pretty poor to be honest. Disappointed.
