I am very disappointed! I visited the shop to buy a few items and to get some professional advice on a ride that would suit me with the aim to order one. I was enthusiastic about the matter until my four year old touched a machine. He merely touched it! I was confronted by a lecture that he could damage the tank with his greasy fingers. Accusations that have no grounds! Outrageous! Unprofessional behavior which I had not expected from a US brand representative.
