this is one of the worst dealerships I've ever seen: they don't orient customers the way they should. My insurance sent my car in for an engine starter exchange and they charged me more than the value of my car. I paid because I will have to get back on the road and they do not accept the visa card or transfer ... \either you pay in speces or we take your car\ is the answer I got. To avoid ! They're going to pay dearly to steal customers like that.

Der \Empfang\ verdient seinen Namen nicht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind mit dem PC beschäftigt, schauen nicht auf. Dies sowohl bei der Fahrzeugabgabe als auch bei der Abholung. Hier sollte doch mehr Kundenzuwendung vorhanden sein, gerade in Coronazeiten. Die Abwicklung des Auftrages durch den Kundenberater war o k.

Ich hatte ein Technisches Problem mit meinem Opel Astra. Darauf hin habe ich das Autohaus Günther besucht um eine Lösung zu finden. Nach der kurzfristigen Anmeldung kam auch sofort der junge Mann vom Service und konnte das Problem schnell lösen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service.
