I went to Bürger\u00adhospital in the afternoon at 16.30 because I have abdominal pain and I have international medical insurance and the nurse in the emergency unit told me the emergency room is full and the abdomen unit is closed and we do not have empty beds and they can't test abdomen here so she transferred me to Ärztlicher Bereitschaftsdienst and to be there at 19.00 when I was there at 21.30 the reception employee administered my information and told me to wait my turn on chairs and only one person can enter with me at the doctor office because I can't speak German, there was me, my wife and my mother in low waiting outside, another employee came without wearing face-mask and told us only the patient can be here and the other should wait outside the hospital so they told her someone will wait with me because can not speak German language, she said if he can speak English its enough so my mother in low just want to tell me something before she go, the employee start shouting with no respect and rudely in very high sound that she should run outside because we are in corona crisis while the employee is not wearing face-mask, so my mother in law went outside was surprised from her attitude and the way she spoke, after 15 min I entered to the doctor and she is well nice talking but she does not know what the meaning of irritable bowel syndrome and it is a universal term, I will not go into any details on what happen there, but just want to know am I going there and paid 50 euro to be treated like that from your reception employee, and with my international insurance for emergency cases why I was not treated from beginning in the emergency unit and with my all respect I should treat with an experienced doctor in internal disease
