Great service and excellent price! I had been looking for a new bike after my previous one got stolen. Ended up buying one from Bunnyhop. They had some last years models for sale at a good discount. Dispatching took a while, which is understandable as we are in the middle of a pandemic. Delivery went smoothly and my local courier delivered the bike to my door. Shipment was well packaged and protected from damage. The bike was almost fully assembled, all I had to do was to install the handlebar and I was ready to go. I've been riding my bike for a few weeks now and everything works smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Went in to buy a new helmet, when asked if we needed help, we waited almost an hour. In that time we found one helmet that fit ourselves. But then we had to wait with helmet in hand for another 10 minutes to pay. Worst service I ever experienced. Let me rephrase, I actually didn't experience any service. Repair service was nice and fast.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who are cyclists themselves so can give first hand advice. Service extends beyond bike purchases with beginners having access to courses to help get them started. Michael and J.P. served us and both took the time to answer our questions and ensure that we were fully informed before purchase. I would most certainly recommend this store!
